On New Year’s Day in 2008, police were called when the bodies of two girls were found hidden in an abandoned taxi cab outside a hotel. in Irving, Texas. The females were later identified as Amina, 18, and Sarah, 17, who grew up with an extremely strict, abusive, and domineering Muslim father, Yaser Abdel Said. When she was 16, Yaser took Sarah to Egypt in an attempt to arrange a marriage to his much older friend, but she refused. When they returned to their home in Texas, Sarah got an after-school job at a convenience store. Yaser, who obsessively moderated and spied on his daughters out in public, would record Sarah on the job and punished her for smiling at the customers. After finding out that Amina had begun secretly dating a boy who was not of the same religion, Yaser believed that both his daughters had dishonored his family. On January 1st, 2008, Yaser picked up Sarah and Amina with his taxi cab, telling them they were going out to eat. Instead, he drove them both to Irving where he brutally shot the sisters 11 times within the cab. In her dying moments, Sarah managed to call 911, exclaiming, ‘’Help! I’m dying, I’m dying!’’
Following the murders, Yaser vanished without a trace, and he continues to be on the loose. It is believed he may now be driving a cab in New York City. The FBI is currently offering $100 000 for any information on his whereabouts. If you have any information, please contact the FBI’s office at 202-324-3000.
The fact that he’s still free and justice has not been served boils my blood
